The industrial landscape of Turkmenistan is heavily dominated by the oil, gas, and chemical sectors, where the use of a robust cable carrier is critical. The extreme temperature fluctuations—from scorching summers to freezing winters—place immense thermal stress on plastic and metallic components, leading to premature material fatigue.
Furthermore, the prevalence of fine desert sand and corrosive chemicals in industrial zones necessitates a high-ingress protection level for any cable track. Conventional systems often fail due to grit accumulation in the joints, causing increased friction and sudden cable failure in critical transport machinery.
Currently, there is a strategic shift towards diversifying the manufacturing base. This transition requires a move from manual material handling to automated systems utilizing the drag chain conveyor to improve operational efficiency and safety in hazardous energy production zones.
